Diamond Cut 10 AMRAP’s

Ten focused minutes.

AMRAP means “as many rounds as possible.” Ashley’s 10-minute sessions invite you to complete quality rounds of the listed exercises and record your score.

Purpose before pace.

Follow the exercise list in the classroom, keep your form controlled and rest when needed. Track your rounds so you can compare your own progress over time.
